We will  gladly to accepts returns  or exchange for any reason according to the following:

• Send you return  or exchange request via whapps to (939)-304-0773 for authorization.
• Exchange without authorization we will be return to sender.
• Formal Dress or White items may not  be returned.
• All items will be returned no latter than 7 days after the items was received.
• The items will be returned in the same conditions that was received: unworn, unwashed, without any alterations  and together with all original tags attached.
• Only items of regular price may be  returned or exchange, Items on sale, accessories, bags or seasonal  or  formal dresses, holidays items with sequins or glitter are final sales and may not be returned.
• No card or credit card refund, only credit or exchange. Store credit VALID FOR 60 DAYS
• Online purchase may be returned to our store or via mail.
